5Mortal Komeback
By Eric B. Silva
Mortal Kombat: Legacy is a video series that is online and free to watch at any time. However. For everyone who has been complaining and hating on the fact that they're releasing it on Blu-Ray, let's just break down why this is how it is. And why we could benefit from supporting this.
1. It cost this guy money to make this web series. And If you liked it. Why wouldn't you want to support it?
2. This wasn't even supposed to turn into a big series. Originally, Mortal Kombat: Legacy was just some video this guy made to show WB to say "Hey. A good Mortal Kombat movie can be made....you just need the right direction...." And due to the trailer he created being leaked (because someone found it and thought it was the coolest thing for Mortal Kombat in a long time) it became insanely popular and WB allowed it to be made into a series. Which leads me into my next two points.
3.Say that supporting him would get us another Season like this? A well made look into Mortal Kombat that we'll never get from filmmakers that don't understand.
and finally....
4. They will be watching this releases sales. If it does well. Who knows? We could just get the Mortal Kombat movie we've all always wanted.
So there you go. Maybe this doesn't persuade any of you. It IS still free to watch on the net. But just remember. It DID cost money to make. If you liked it. And you want more of it. Support it. That's the best I can say. Plus. I bet it will be pretty great to have em all on disc and watch em in a row on your giant TV in 1080P. I'll be buying it. That's for sure.

5Can't wait for a proper dvd/blu-ray release!!
By video voice
I just found out that the Mortal Kombat teaser that made the rounds last year was made into a full blown web series. And it is awesome! I am glad that Warner is releasing this on Blu-ray and I hope it is promoted properly and sells well for them. This show needs to be developed into a full TV series or theatrical movie. And what better way to finance the project than by giving it's fans a beautiful 1080p transfer of the show that they originally enjoyed on their computer screens. What better way to say "thanks for the cool show" then by purchasing something you know you will want in your collection.
For all the naysayers out there who feel that people shouldn't buy this because it is "free on the internet", all I can say is shame on you. If you don't like a show, that is one thing, but to tell people not to buy it because it is free is pretty much saying "I don't support good product. I am a whiny baby that wants everything for free, even if it means that I will only get one season of web episodes instead of a full TV series or movie." You people are the reason that the anime industry has fallen apart. People who insist on getting stuff for free on the internet as if it were some sort of constitutional right are destroying cool projects. The point of these releases is to support the creative folks who have put a lot of money into something that they hope will pay off in a successful series. But all the internet generation seems to understand is "give it to me for free and when I've bled it dry, I'll go find someone else who will give it to me for free and bleed them dry."
Why not try supporting things you like instead of killing them off.

5This even puts the first movie to shame
By Thomas A. Zulli
The first movie was epic and the sequel was craptacular. But this was more epic then the first. It had everything that should've been in the films...actual gore. Yeah this is free on youtube but its still going to worth it with the special features and it being on BluRay
